For details of fee schedules, please contact our office and ask for an initial consultation. The amount of your out-of-pocket expense varies depending on your insurance benefits such as what portion of your deductible has been met and your co-pay amounts.


Our office accepts check and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Please note that the fee shall be paid promptly upon your consultation or treatment session.


Currently, our office is not listed as in-network provider for any insurance panels. We make sure that claims to your insurance company will be submitted on your behalf for reimbursements if out-of-network benefits are available for your insurance plan. If your insurance coverage is active, your estimated financial responsibility calculated from your specific benefit levels can also be provided for you. Please feel free to contact us as we are always pleased to assist you. If applicable, we will also contact your insurance company to request prior authorization in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us two business days’ (48 hours’) notice when your session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments scheduled for a Monday, for instance, have to be cancelled on or before Friday of the previous week. Our policy specifies that the full amount of the appointment fee shall be collected if you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 48 business hours’ notice.
